This week, there have been many moments of what will I do now? What comes next?

I focus a lot on releasing. Releasing tension. Releasing thoughts, emotions, memories that do not serve me. Releasing judgements about myself and others. Releasing the holds in my body. Releasing.

Releasing is part of the healing process. Healing from the pandemic, from trauma, from stress, from… the things we have to deal with in life.

I release to find peace within. I must let go and release the negativity.

But, what do we do once we release? What is next?

Sometimes, we release things, but then find our selves back in the same cycle. How did that happen? I thought that I released the negativity, but here it is again? How did I let that in again?

There is a component that we often forget when we release… What do we allow in after we release? When we release, we create space. We can subconsciously continue with out old habits and find ourselves back in that negative space. OR, we can choose what we allow in. We can consciously choose to let in light energy, the positive, the healthy habit.

You’ve freed yourself and let go of the negativity. So, now what do you want to be free to create, become, or do?

Take a moment today to think about what you want to let in. Listen to your heart. What does it tell you? Allow yourself the freedom to choose what you let in so that you can continue to thrive and enjoy the peace within that you’ve created by letting go.
