I also offer private sessions, specializing in trauma informed yoga to bring ease to you during this time.

Reiki is a healing technique where energy is channeled energy into you by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of your body and restore physical and emotional well-being. I am offering distant reiki during the pandemic
