During the pandemic, as part of my Peace Shala program, I am offering support specific to the struggles that women are going through in this moment in time through my Women Coping with Stress & Anxiety Facebook Group.  You are not alone. There is hope.

Meditation

I believe that by meditating, we are able to release the jumble of thoughts that clog our brains to come to a place of stillness so that we can be in the present moment.  It is key to helping you manage stress and your overall health.

Reiki is a healing technique where energy is channeled energy into you by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of your body and restore physical and emotional well-being. I am offering distant reiki during the pandemic
