Yoga
Let your breath guide you as you move to allow you to find the softness & surrender within the strength & effort of each pose. This helps you to calm your mind and your heart while bringing your body into balance.

Meditation
I believe that by meditating, we are able to release the jumble of thoughts that clog our brains to come to a place of stillness so that we can be in the present moment. It is key to helping you manage stress and your overall health.

Reiki
Reiki is a healing technique where energy is channeled energy into you by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of your body and restore physical and emotional well-being. I am offering distant reiki during the pandemic
