Find Balance

I work with the depths of your inner world, using a trauma-informed lens to gently address where imbalance originates. Through mindfulness, we notice the somatic cues in your body that signal stress. My goal is to integrate these fragmented parts, allowing you to settle into a more resourced and harmonious presence.

Find Comfort

Comfort is a felt, embodied experience. I use somatic techniques to help you reconnect with your innate capacity for self-soothing, often impaired by trauma. By employing mindfulness, we turn toward discomfort as a message from your unconscious self, building an internal sense of safety and secure attachment.

Find Calm Within

The journey to calm within begins by understanding the trauma response. These reactions are seen as intelligent, historical adaptations. Using mindfulness, I help you track and modulate your somatic state, teaching your nervous system to find an enduring peace beneath the surface of daily stress.

Reduce Stress

Chronic stress is the ongoing mobilization of your autonomic nervous system—a key target in my somatic and trauma-informed work. I explore the depth psychological roots of your reactivity. Mindfulness creates space between stimulus and reaction, helping you discharge trapped somatic energy for a genuine, biological reduction in baseline stress.

Feel Supported

To feel supported is to know that all of your experience is welcome. Our relationship is a trauma-informed foundation of acceptance, where you can safely explore the depths of the psyche. I use somatic attunement to validate your non-verbal self, facilitating the healing of old wounds in a corrective relational experience.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

KAP offers a direct route to the depths of the unconscious, bypassing the trauma-conditioned mind. My work is profoundly somatic and trauma-informed, focusing on integrating insights by grounding them back into your body. This allows you to metabolize somatic memory and foster lasting change and deeper self-compassion.
