Today, in light of tragic events this week, I am feeling like this Memorial Day there is so much to remember.
When things weigh heavy on your heart, it can be hard for you to remember to take care of yourself.
So, this Memorial Day Weekend, I have one small request. Please do one thing to lift yourself up… whether it be going for a walk and noticing the nature around you or spending time with friends and loved ones… do something that makes your heart smile.
It is important to honor the memories of those that have passed, and it is also important to honor yourself.
